Reviews and Ratings
I found this hotel to be a hidden gem nestled right in the middle of the old Jewish quarter. The rooms are stylish, authentic, albeit a bit dark, but they are well equipped, clean, and surprisingly quiet. The service was more than friendly and very helpful, making me feel truly valued. The location offers a laid-back atmosphere in Kazimierz, perfect for exploring the Jewish quarter and beyond. The dining was good and adequate, though a touch more variety would be welcomed. The facilities were up to standard, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were huge and well-ventilated, which was a relief in the hot weather of Krakow. They were quiet when the windows were shut, spacious, and incredibly clean. However, the service was a bit mixed as some staff were very helpful, even finding me a tailor on a bank holiday, while others were not particularly welcoming, making it hard to even find the reception. The location was perfect for exploring both the Jewish Kazimierz and the other side of Wisła, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The dining experience was good and adequate, though a bit more variety could be nice. On the bright side, the sushi was lovely and fresh. The hotel facilities served me well, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, with kind and helpful service. The location is excellent, near great restaurants and a laid-back atmosphere in Kazimierz. The dining experience is good but could be more varied. Overall, a comfortable stay with attentive staff and a convenient location.
